Our team is hosting a tournament, at Frontier, on 12/15/-12/16/14. In order to run the tournament, our team will need parent volunteers for the following tasks:
2 adult volunteers Shift 1 (7:30 - 12:00pm) Serving food in the library to student judges
Shift 2 (12:00 - 5:00pm)
2 adult volunteers Shift 1 (7:30 - 12:00pm) Working the cashbox and food sales to the students in the cafeteria
Shift 2 (12:00 - 5:00pm)
1 adult volunteer Maintaining food/beverages in the coaches room
Tournament Donations:
Need donations of water bottles, cans or plastic bottles of soda - Dr. Pepper, Coke Classic, Sprite, Mtn Dew, Diet Coke, Gatorade
As a forensics parent, please help your team member secure: Professional dress
Female-skits to knees, flats or comfortable low heels, blues, gray, or black in preferred, pant suits, skirts/jackets,
Male - dress shirt, tie, slacks, dress shoes (Suit or suit-coat if available). No tennis shoes, denim, or golf shirts.
Supplies
Laptop for use in rounds if possible. USB or thumb drives for storing/sharing data
Monies
$10 for food for each local tournament
$250-$300 for each invitational. Club monies go to offsetting invitational costs. Some invitationals will only cost between $100 & $200 dollars this year for hotels, transportation, and entry/judging fees
